It's sad that Thorfinn has forgotten he did have good moments in his life. He had loving parents, a peaceful village, and a tough but hilarious older sister. His dad dying was truly tragic, traumatic, and outside of his control, but certain point all bad stuff that happened stemmed from his choices and not not other people's. There comes a time where you have to take responsibility for your actions
